Rosemary Parmesan Shrimp Pasta

Rosemary Parmesan Shrimp Pasta Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound large frozen shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2-3 handfuls baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Popcorn Powder's Rosemary Parmesan topping
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 16 oz package of your favorite pasta

Rosemary Parmesan Shrimp Pasta Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium and stir in garlic mixing for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add in shrimp and peas and continue to stir for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add in spinach until cooked, then remove from heat.
  4. Prepare pasta according to directions.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix Rosemary Parmesan topping with with olive oil.
  6. When pasta is ready, drain and place in a bowl.
  7. Add the contents of the skillet and the Rosemary Parmesan/olive oil combo and mix will.
