Rosemary Parmesan Shrimp Pasta Ingredients
- 1/2 pound large frozen shrimp
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 2-3 handfuls baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons Popcorn Powder's Rosemary Parmesan topping
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 16 oz package of your favorite pasta
Rosemary Parmesan Shrimp Pasta Directions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium and stir in garlic mixing for 1-2 minutes.
- Add in shrimp and peas and continue to stir for about 10 minutes.
- Add in spinach until cooked, then remove from heat.
- Prepare pasta according to directions.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix Rosemary Parmesan topping with with olive oil.
- When pasta is ready, drain and place in a bowl.
- Add the contents of the skillet and the Rosemary Parmesan/olive oil combo and mix will.
